An intimate hands-on and up close culinary experience with local celebrity Chef Pam Fanjoy plus the added benefit of a live music show. Arrive at 5:30 and begin cooking at 6:00 with Chef Pam as your guide. Prepare a wonderful dinner, all the while learning amazing tips around signature items such as: Brown Derby Salad Dressing, Butter Chicken and Crème Brulée. Then dine together at 7:00pm while enjoying the music of talented local artists Whiskey Sour.

Second event for the month of November! Another intimate hands-on and up close culinary experience with local celebrity Chef Pam Fanjoy accompanied by live music with special guests The Edge... Originally formed in 1983, The Edge was the rock n’ roll dream of 2 young teenagers from Bolton, ON. Forty years later, the boys are back together. The Edge consists of singer John Cheesman and guitarist Chris Harker. Together, weaving 80’s pop hits, 90’s shoe gazing classics along with 60’s, 70’s and songs from the new millennium. Catch them live... you won’t be disappointed!

Healthy lives begin with healthy food and knowing how to prepare that food. We offer three streams of programming to support this ideal: Culinary Fundamentals, Culinary & Life Skills and Rainbow Culinary Connections.
Our Culinary programs support young adults attending college or university, youth who want to enter the restaurant industry for employment or post-secondary education.
A portion of the profits from Gourmet-to-Go Prepared Meals support the Junior Chef Impact Fund – helping youth of families in financial need attend culinary programs.

Love the farm to table menu here. Chef Fanjoy is always supporting our local farms and changes her menu seasonally. Love that she comes out quite often to visit the tables. She always welcomes you back like an old friend.
We had chef Pam smoke a brisket for us for a super bowl party. The brisket turned out amazing. It was so juicy and full of flavour. All of our guests were very impressed with the meat. The buns were baked fresh in the morning and the homemade bbq sauce was a great touch as well. Everything was ready when we arrived to pick it up. We would definitely use Chef Pam again to cater any of our get togethers.
