This class will be hands on as you work together as a team to build a collective cheese & charcuterie board. Your class will look at various cheeses that come from around the world, featuring the flavours created from their unique terrior. Understanding how to make your boards look spectacular with different textures, shapes and layering your food will have your guest raving about your creativity! Then, just pair the right white and red wines with your selection of cheeses, accompaniments and fruit to host an exceptional reception. This class includes 6 x 1 oz samplings of featured wines, tastings throughout the class and an individual take home appetizer tray. Additional wine and select featured products will be available to for cash purchases.
Class size: maximum 8 participants. We can accommodate up to 12 people, for an additional fee of $123.75 each + HST - please contact us to arrange.

Location: Activity Room, 3rd floor, 10 Carden Shared Space, 42 Carden Street, Guelph.
Your fee includes the class with Chef Pam Fanjoy, winner of Chopped Canada plus tastes and nibbles during the class and a take home meal to enjoy.
Cash bar will be available with white and red wine and select local beer. Guests must be over 19 to consume alcohol and all smart serve precautions will be adhered to. Proof of double vaccination is required for all class participants.
In the case of cancellation by Fanjoy, a full future credit will be granted to attend any of our upcoming classes or events, or you may put the credit towards one of our holiday gift baskets.
